Refund & Custom Work Policy

Every quilt is custom made to order. Because of that, no refunds are issued once work has begun on your quilt.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is collected after Brooke accepts your reservation. The deposit is refundable until you ship your items. Once your items have been shipped, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Final balance

The remaining 50% — plus return shipping and any optional shipping insurance — is charged once your quilt is complete and ready to ship back to you.

Agreement

By submitting a reservation and paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these policies.
