Handling your items

We take great care in handling every item, and issues are extremely rare. While we cannot assume responsibility for customer-provided materials, your items are treated with the utmost care throughout the process.

• By sending in your items, you acknowledge that they will be permanently cut and altered to make your quilt.
• Worn or non-standard fabric is stabilized so it can be used in your quilt.
• Shirts that are too small have the gap filled with a coordinating fabric.
• Excess shirts (more than your quilt needs) can be shipped back to you for a $40 fee. Otherwise they are discarded.
• Scraps and leftovers are not returned.

Shipping

• You ship your items to Brooke at your own cost.
• Return shipping (Brooke → you) is typically $25 but may be higher for long-distance shipments. The exact cost will be reflected in your final invoice.
• You can optionally purchase shipping insurance at 10% of the quilt price at the time of final payment.
• Brooke is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping unless insurance was purchased.
• Brooke provides return tracking information once your quilt ships.

By submitting a reservation, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and the refund policy.
